More about me
Hi! I'm Suyeon, a UX designer creating meaningful user experiences through accessible, aesthetic design.
I have a bachelor's degree in UX design and art history in Ewha Womans University based in Seoul Korea. I specialise in UX design, interaction design, prototyping, user research, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
For my career, I started at LG as a visual designer. I created promotional designs for pop-up stores in collaboration with Samsung, Apple Korea, Disney+, and more. In total, over 520,000 people visited the pop up stores I designed.
Eventually, I realised that I was more interested in not only creating beautiful things but also solving problems to help users get the best experiences possible in their life.
So, I worked as a UX designer at Pairplay, a tech startup in Korea. I worked with a cross-functional team such as project managers, senior UX designers, and engineers for 6 months to redesign our native app. The redesign project was a huge success, we acquired 200% user growth and it received a 4.8 out of 5.0 user rating at Apple App Store.
Outside of work, I love vinyasa yoga to train my mind, reading sci-fi novels, and walking my 11-year-old pomeranian dog. I’m always open to meeting like-minded people in the UX world, so feel free to connect or send me a message!
Thank you for checking out my portfolio. Hope you have a great day!
